Lori Ennis

Lori Ennis started her career in operations before moving into HR leadership — and that combination is foundational to how WorkWell Nexus approaches every client engagement.

She spent more than 20 years working across retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and global aviation, holding senior roles including Vice President of Talent, Learning, and Development and Chief of Staff to the CEO and Managing Director for North America. She has seen from both sides of the table what happens when businesses invest intentionally in their people structure — and what it costs when they don't.

That experience shaped a clear conviction: how you lead and how you build your people processes and policies directly determines what your business can accomplish. Culture is not separate from results. Structure is not separate from growth. The two are the same conversation — and that is the conversation WorkWell Nexus is built around.

Lori is a Maxwell DISC certified consultant, certified coach, trainer, and HIVE certified practitioner, and serves as an HR Subject Matter Expert with the Cobb County Business Bootcamp. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Belmont University.
