WorkWell Essentials: Leadership Accelerator
From Top Performer to Confident People Leader
A 7-week live online and self-paced leadership program. Five live sessions, Maxwell Leadership DISC, and a plan built around how you actually lead.

What it is
Practical Leadership Development Training
The Leadership Accelerator is a live online and self-paced leadership development program. Through live coaching, practical tools, and working on situations from your own team, you'll learn how to give feedback, strengthen accountability, hire well, address conflict, and delegate with clarity.
It starts with a Maxwell Leadership DISC assessment and a one-on-one debrief, runs through five live sessions, and ends with a written development plan and a coaching check-in 30 days later. Everything is live online, from anywhere in the United States.
What's Included
What Every Participant Receives
Every participant receives eight components. Each one does a specific job, and together they take you from a behavioral snapshot to a written plan you're still using a month later.
Maxwell DISC Assessment
A behavioral profile of how you lead, communicate, and respond under pressure. It's the starting point for everything else in the program, and it explains a lot of what's already been happening on your team.
60-Minute Maxwell DISC Debrief
A one-on-one session that translates your results into what to actually do differently the next day. Be equipped to communicate with your team members effectively.
Five Live Leadership Sessions
Sixty minutes each, live online, with a small cohort. These are working sessions built around real situations. You bring what's happening on your team and leave with something to use that week.
Self Paced Learning Modules
Between live sessions, you work through modules on your own schedule. They reinforce leadership skills to make you a more effective team leader.
Leadership Toolkit & Templates
Scripts, frameworks, and structures you can use the day we hand them over — conversation templates, accountability structures, effective interviewing practices, and delegation frameworks.
Individual Personal Development Plan
A written plan built with you, specific to your role, your team, and your Maxwell Leadership DISC results. Not a workbook exercise — a document you'll actually reference.
Mid-Program Coaching
A coaching touchpoint partway through, while the material is still being applied and the questions are still fresh. It's where the parts that aren't landing get sorted out before the program ends.
Follow-Up Group Coaching
A group coaching check-in 30 days after the program, where the cohort reports back on what worked, what didn't, and what got harder than expected.

Outcomes
What You'll Walk Away With
Every participant leaves with the same core capabilities, applied to their own team and their own situation.
Greater confidence in everyday leadership decisions
Most of the difficulty isn't a lack of effort. It's a lack of certainty. When you have a framework for the decision in front of you, you stop relitigating conversations in your head and start moving.
Practical language for feedback, coaching, and accountability
Actual words for the conversations most people avoid. You'll know how to open a performance conversation, how to remain consistent without escalating, and how to close the loop so it doesn't recur next quarter.
A hiring and delegation approach that protects your time
Delegation that is clear and holds your team accountable. An interview process that's structured and consistent enough to put an effective hiring process in place. Both protect your time.
Fewer tough conversations leaders avoid
SOP's and policies can create expectations but leaders have to coach and hold teams accountable. We help your leadership clearly communicate consistently and build accountable teams.
A shared leadership language your whole team can use
When leadership is consistent, sets expectations the same way, and gives feedback the same way, decisions move faster and cost less. Employees know what to expect and can represent leaders well.
A personalized plan built around how you naturally lead
Your Maxwell Leadership DISC results shape your Personal Development Plan, so you're building on your strengths and working on your weaknesses.
