Lori Ennis is the Founder and CEO of Workwell Nexus, a people-strategy consultancy dedicated to helping leaders and organizations unlock their full potential. With over 20 years of leadership experience spanning retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and aviation, Lori has developed a proven ability to cultivate talent, strengthen teams, and drive organizational growth.
Before launching Workwell Nexus, Lori served as Vice President of Talent, Leadership & Development for North America, as well as Chief of Staff and HR Director—roles in which she designed and implemented initiatives that improved leadership pipelines, boosted employee engagement, and enhanced organizational performance.
Lori holds an MBA from Belmont University, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, and a PHR certification. She is also a certified coach and Maxwell DISC behavioral consultant, equipping her with tools to help leaders communicate more effectively, lead with confidence, and navigate change successfully.

Jeremy McAlister is the Managing Director of Operations & Administration at Workwell Nexus, where he ensures that the organization’s vision translates into precise, effective execution. Drawing on a unique blend of military leadership, corporate operations, and talent development expertise, Jeremy brings structure, clarity, and efficiency to every project.
A former U.S. infantry leader and recruiting lead, Jeremy built his career on discipline, adaptability, and a commitment to helping people succeed. In the private sector, he has applied those same principles to streamlining operations, developing leadership programs, and implementing assessment tools such as Maxwell DISC and Hogan to enhance team performance.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership and numerous certifications within the business realm. This educational foundation, paired with his operational and leadership experience, enables him to bridge the gap between strategic vision and people precision—an asset in both organizational growth and long-term sustainability.
