Jeremy draws on military leadership and corporate operations experience to bring clarity, structure, and precision—turning vision into measurable results.
Together, they blend strategy and execution, grounded in behavioral science, practical systems, and real-world business experience. Lori Ennis
Founder & CEO
Lori Ennis is the Founder and CEO of WorkWell Nexus, a people-strategy consultancy dedicated to helping leaders and organizations unlock their full potential. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and global aviation, Lori is recognized for aligning people strategies with business objectives to strengthen culture, improve performance, and drive sustainable growth.
Before establishing WorkWell Nexus, Lori served in executive leadership roles including Vice President of Talent, Leadership & Development for North America, Chief of Staff, and HR Director. In these roles, she built and refined processes that strengthened businesses, increased efficiency, and elevated organizational outcomes.
Lori also partners with individuals through coaching, DISC assessments, and leadership development programs—helping people uncover their strengths, develop untapped potential, and translate personal growth into measurable business impact. Her work with individuals and organizations is deeply connected: by developing leaders and teams, she ensures people strategies and processes drive real results.
Lori holds an MBA from Belmont University, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, and a SHRM-CP certification. She is also a certified coach, trainer, speaker, and Maxwell DISC behavioral consultant, providing leaders and teams with practical tools to communicate effectively, navigate change, and achieve goals.
Guided by her belief that the most effective organizations align strategy, structure, and talent, Lori brings a unified approach that strengthens businesses while developing people—creating workplaces where goals are achieved, cultures are reinforced, and success is sustainable.

Jeremy McAlister
Managing Director
Jeremy McAlister serves as the Managing Director of Operations & Administration at WorkWell Nexus, where he ensures that the organization’s vision is executed with precision and impact. With a unique background spanning military leadership, corporate operations, and talent development, Jeremy brings clarity, structure, and efficiency to every initiative.
A former U.S. infantry leader and recruiting lead, Jeremy built his career on discipline, adaptability, and a deep commitment to helping people succeed. Transitioning into the private sector, he has applied those same principles to streamline operations, design leadership development programs, and implement assessment tools such as Maxwell DISC and Hogan to elevate team performance and organizational effectiveness.
Jeremy combines a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership with multiple business certifications and credentials as a certified coach, trainer, speaker, and Maxwell DISC behavioral consultant. This foundation, combined with his operational expertise, enables him to bridge the gap between strategic vision and people precision—making him a vital asset in driving both immediate results and long-term sustainability.
Known for his strategic mindset, steady leadership under pressure, and people-first approach, Jeremy thrives on building systems that empower leaders, strengthen teams, and accelerate organizational growth. Whether overseeing daily operations, guiding leadership development, or shaping long-term strategies, he is dedicated to delivering results with integrity, consistency, and excellence.
